This year, I've thought a lot about what it means to let your voice be heard. During the election season (and now), I felt like I was drowning in all the voices. People want so much to be heard that they often act in extreme ways to ensure they are listened to and that their voice is represented. Sometimes this is done effectively; other times it turns people off. I saw all of this and more during the election.
This has caused me to think a lot about my own voice. What are the things that are important to me? Which things do I need to speak a little louder about so that a greater audience can hear and understand? Who do I have the ability to impact by using my voice?
Who do YOU have the ability to impact with your voice?
